With Matched Suppliers/Buyers: When you submit an RFQ, your contact information and requirement details are shared with matched, verified suppliers. When a supplier is matched to an RFQ, their relevant company details and contacts are shared with the buyer. You consent to this sharing by submitting an RFQ or by having an active supplier listing.

Service Providers: We use third-party service providers to help operate our Platform, including hosting providers, email delivery services, payment processors, and analytics platforms. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of AntibioticsIndia, our users, or the public.
